Bosch Excell Washer/Drier stops 7 mins into dry cycle?

I have a Bosch Excell WWD45 washer drier - the wash cycles work fine however if I put the machine onto Intensive dry for 30 mins, the cycle stops after 7 mins with no error codes and the machine just sits there no longer counting down the cycle.

I have chcked filters and outlet not to be blocked and are all fine as is the water inlet, I can hear the fan runnng when the cycle starts and the heater is definatly heating up as clothes are very warm although even after the 7 mins, always still seem to be damp. Incidentaly if I put the dry cycle on for 2 hours, it stops in the same manner but after 14 mins. The washing cycles all seem to be working fine - any ideas or help rally appreciated
