I had the same problem. Couldnt find the code online and it wasnt in the user manual. What it actually was, was a wire that had become loose at the front of the machine. You can only get into the machine via the back, so its really fiddley and took about an hour.
Theres a small bank of wires and one just needed plugging back in. If you roll the drum with your hand while the machine is empty, you may hear a slight scratching sound. This was the wire rubbing on the bottom of the drum. It was something to do with the heater I believe. If needs be, you can still use the washer on a quick wash, but only on a 30 degree heat. Not ideal, but at least you can do some washing till you have time to fix it.
