drum wont turn?

hi i have WMA 641s it takes water in and drains away as well the proggramme seems to want to work as it makes a nbut motor will not run the belt is in place

Tony,

Sounds like the carbon brushes in the motor are worn down and need replacing. Have a look at this website www.apart4u.co.uk, as it shows you short video clips on how to carry out this sort of repair.
