Mend Vauxhall Vivaro Heater Thermostat Work

I have a vauxhall vivaro 2007 my heater will not warm up?

The heater in my van will not warm up, the thermostat has just been changed but still does not work. Is there anyone out there who may have an idea why this heater does not work, cheers.
