Mend Vauxhall Movano Ignition Van Start

When fitting an ignition switch and immobilizer what else do you have to do?

Hi i have had to fit a new ignition switch to my van which is a Vauxhall movano and I used the immobilizer band that came with it. But my van will not start can you please tell me why.
