Mend Janome 415 Needle Wheel Bobbin

My needle is stuck in down position on Jenome 415. ?

I was sewing a seam and my needle got stuck in the down position. Can't turn the wheel! Have taken out the bobbin and thread, but still can't move it. I think maybe the bobbin was in wrong. But I don't know what to do! It is a Janmoe 415, and I was just doing a basic seam. Help!
