Mend Light Fitting Ceiling

What to do with 3 earth wires?

I have to fit a new light fitting in the ceiling, however it doesn't need an earth wire, what do i do with the 3 earth wires that are poking out?

they also need to be connected together for earth continuity

put the 3 earth wires together, into a plastic block"keep them away from the live ones" push them back up into the ceiling,and they will be fine, you will need them of you need to put a metal light fitting up..
