Mend Optima Compact Alarm System

We have an Optima Compact Alarm System?

On arriving home the other day the intruder alarm was going off. Entered property and turned off. Alarm seems to work but not for the zone that had been intruded. This now has to be omitted when using the alarm. How do we fix this?
