Problems with SL Compact system keypad lights up but daylight and power off?

Power to my house had to be switched off most of the day. When switched back on the alarm was not working, tampered button on for a few minutes and then nothing. whilst keypad light is on the day and power button is off. I have checked the fuse in the panel that is ok. I also cannot find the manual. Can anyone help/please advise
