Mend Dishlex Global 450 Dishwasher Cycle Turned

How do we fix our DISHLEX Global 450 dishwasher?

My DISHLEX Global 450 dishwasher stops when nearly finished its cycle and when I turned it on again, 'oF' flashes on the screen. Apparently this means the grease trap is full and needs servicing. How can I do this without paying a service person to come and do it?
