Mend Honeywell Accenta G3 Alarm System

Accenta G3 Disable problem?

I have an Accenta G3 alarm system of which i want to remove completely but even when i shut the whole power off to the house and take the battery back up off, the alarm still sounds and will not stop,how can this be ?,please help!!!!!
