Mend Volkswagen Golf 1.9 TDI Help Problem 2001

Can anyone help me identify problem with my vw golf 1.9 tdi 2001?

I have a 51 reg vw golf 1.9 tdi. When I turn the car on i get the glow plug warning light and engine workshop warning. There is an oil leak on the car and when ever i need to accelerate at pace i lose power. Grateful for any ideas

put on code reader to see faults logged, also sounds like you need to change your glow plugs, where is oil leak coming from? as this will also need to be fixed.
