Mend Volkswagen Passat TDI 2004 Rear Problem Car

Rear parking sensor problem ?

Hi does anyone know what will be wrong with my car I've got a 2004 Passat tdi and when I put it into reverse alarm for sensor just stays on continuasly. When I take it out of reverse and quickly back in they then don't work

These probably work through an ECU, a suitable code reader/computer would be the way to go for a look at faults registered.
