All the buttons of the remote keypad don't work because the green and red indicators light are off. How can I have this two lights on. My alarm system is Accenta 6.Thanks
if you have no indicators,then you have a total power failure,mains and battrey

do you have a mains feed to the panel?if the battery has failed you should still have indicators on the key pad,as the panel runs of the mains,and uses the battery if mains fails
