Mend Miele W010 WPS Machine Program Work

Miele Novotronic W010 WPS washing Machine?

When a program is selected, it seems to work, then it stops, the "PC" light starts flashing and the time indicator goes back to "0"

Does anyone know what this means and whether I need a certain engineer to attend to this?
