Rinse Hold?

I have a Zanussi ZWD1272W washing machine and I want to use the function 'Rinse Hold'.

I know how to get this function to work but I don't know how to restart the cycle after the machine has stopped with water still in the machine. I have read the instruction manual (several times) and I can find how to program the machine to stop using the 'Rinse Hold' funnction but I can't find anything that tells me how to then finish the wash cycle.

Would you tell me how to do this. Thank you
