zanussi washing machine zwf1432w start button not working?
The washing machine was on when suddenly it tripped out all of the power. Switched the power back on and the machine wouldn't start. When you switch it on only the power light comes on. I've tried the unplug blue wires but it didn't work. Besides which I located 5 blue wires coming from the back of the program board all going to the same plug. When I switch on I have no lights on at all. When I hit the fabrics button it gives me all the usual stuff but the start/pause button just beeps and flashes 3 times when I press it. If I hit temp or half load buttons, all the lights in the row light up. Help
Thanks CK. I've gone in with a torch and the PCB looks scorched and covered in soot in one area. I'm thinking that this needs changing but wonder why the machine still comes on if this is burnt out in some part.

3 flashes could mean the heater is down to earth and needs replacing.it could also mean the pressure switch is faulty or the hoses going to the pressure switches has got a leak/hole in it letting air escape.with it tripping I would be going for heater to earth 1st
