hi go to start then go to run type regedit then go hkey_local_machine then go to system then go to controlset(002 ) then go to sevices then go to cdrom go to autorun then right click go to modify (1) not (0) then ok good luck

is it getting power to it does the door open on it if does this mean it is getting power so now un install it and reinstalled it the drivers that is
