My hands free phone has stopped working?

My Ford Mondeo which has a Sony 6 CD audio system fitted to which I connected my mobile phone via blue tooth which worked successfully but has since stopped working and am unable to reconnect.Any help would be appreciated.

regarding the original question the phone is working correctly with other devices but seems to be a problem with sony audio system. System does not seem to be recognising mobile further help would be appreciated.

You do not know if the Sony 6 CD audio system is failing to recognise your 'phone - or - if the 'phone is failing to communicate with the audio system.

Either try to connect with a different phone - or- take your phone to another Blue Tooth device.

This diagnostic step will inform you where the fault lies.
