Mend Hygena APL8224 Fill Water Pump

my dishwasher won't fill with water?

hygena apl 8224 will not fill with water , any ideas , when switched on can hear pump to empty residue but then no water enters

the usual tips im afraid.ensure water supply is turned on,fill maually the bottom of the washer[close the door before turning on]if nothing else works it is most likely to be the inlet valve solonoid that has to be checked.remove and test continuity of coil and test unit.replace if faulty.
