Beko dishwasher D2731 fw wont fill and run ?

My Beko D2731fw dishwasher will not fill and run , the water supply is ok and the light on front panel comes on and the waste pump works and runs at start of cycle then the timer moves to next part of cycle and no water enters machine and just hums .
Have tried tipping forward and back untill no more water comes out but still wont run. Could it be the fill solenoid and how do i find it ?
