Mend Lawn Mower Engine Blade

How do I fix it?

Engine is running good but riding mower will not move when put in forward or reverse position. How do I fix it? I did find string wrapped around blade and managed to get most of it off, still no movement!

if your driver lever has a cable on it , for pulling it into gear" see if the lock nut has came off the cable " move the forward lever and see what it should be moveing, see has any nuts come off "
