Mend Honda HRB425C Rotary Lawn Mower

How can I fix my Honda HRB425C Rotary Lawn mower?

My Honda HRB425C when I put the blade clutch lever in, it stalls the engine, I have cleaned the carb and the ignition timing has been adjusted, any other ideas?

Andrew this normally occurs when the engine is not warmed up properly, give it a little time to reach running temperature. If this does not work then its probably the mixture.
