Blade retaining bolt?

Macallister 5.5hp lawn mower (MacSP480PRMA)
Can anyone advise if the blade retaining bolt has anti-clockwise thread please?
Also quantity of engine oil required for full charge ?

I want to service it but have mislaid the instruction book. Thanks.

normal thread so to undo anti clockwise
oil wise should be about 600ml of 30w oil
