Not familiar with that mower but if it is a riding mower, shut the engine off and disconnect the spark plug wire and check to see if you can turn the blades by hand. If the blades can be turned fairly easily, check to see if the belt is possibly broken or off the pulley. It should be a little loose but not broken or worn badly. Sometimes when you hit an object the engine wants to keep turning the blade and the belt will break or get a chunk taken out of it, if so you'll have to replace the belt.
