My Diplomat AMP 8702 Washer/ Dryer won't start?

I have a Diplomat AMP 8702 Washer/ Dryer which won't work. The light does come on to indicate power when on/off is pressed, the door lock is activated but nothing else happens. There are no blockages in pipes, no obvious dislodged wires, etc. Where do I start?
