Mend Diplomat Machine Making Noises Drum

Hi I have a n intergrated Diplomat machine ,filling making all the sounds b?

The machine is filling and then makes all the right noises but the drum is not moving, the machine is 6 years old but has only been used for 8-12 months and has been in our spare property and so not used??
The main belt is still attached to the moter etc
