problems with electric?

no power on van new battery fitted still nothing put jump leads on get power to dash but will not turn over

have you taken plastic covers off new battery terminals [if fitted].may have fuse/fusible link fitted on main lead that might have gone,also check engine earth lead [try using 1 jump lead from earth on battery to good earth on engine]if it now starts then lead/connections at fault.
