Mend Hoover HNF 7167 Water Years Started

Hoover HNF 7167 ..no water to detergent draw?

Hoover hnf 7167,2 years old,fault started as..no water to conditioner section of draw,now no water to draw at all.Prior to no water to detergent section the washing had begun to smell musty.I have replaced the draw {top and bottom section due to a crack}.Any Ideas
