Mend Hotpoint WMA1512W Bearings Drum Noise

WMA1512W sounds rough on full spin?

However, when empty spins freely by hand without any noise. There seems to be a lot of free movement in the whole drum assy (not just the inner drum moving against outer) . Is it the bearings or the dampners that are most probable?
