How can I fix broken plastic trim on the inside of dryer door?
My GE DNXR473EW0WW dryer has a chunk broken out of the inside trim of the door. It's a part that's non-existent in the drawings so I don't think it's replaceable, but all I need is a way to somehow clean it up so it stops catching clothes and twisting them into things unwearable and unrecognizable. Help, please!!
I don't suppose you ever found an answer to this question? I have the same exact problem and was considering duct taping it but not sure if that can withstand the heat of the dryer. Thoughts?
