WHAT'S WRONG WITH MY Ge Dryer Dblr333etoww ?

It won't start, it only make's a humming noise when I try to start it, What's wrong with it? It gave no indication that anything was going wrong, just tried to start it, nothing but a buzzing or humming sound. Can you help me?
