Mend Maytag Neptune Machine Door Changed

Maytag Neptune washing machine?

My machine is 5 years old, it will not lock the door and won't spin. I have changed the wax motor and it still will not spin. I have 125 volts going into the new wax motor, and 1.123 oms accross the pins. I can't find a burnt spot on the board. If I have 125 volts at the wax motor, should not the board be good?
