How can i fix my washing machine, top loading,MW154?

How can I fix my washing machine, top loading, MW154, load up my washing about to start but not go.The code that shows on the lights was 00110001 so I really need help on this one please.

I suspect it is a Fisher & Paykel and you have got the model number wrong. If it is an F&P then that error is telling you it is getting a bad reading from the cold water inlet valve circuit. It can be caused by a bad valve or bad wiring connection but most times it is a problem with the control board itself. If that is the case then the control board will have to be replaced. Call a service company who will check & confirm the cause.

What make is it? please re-check the model number as I can't locate any references that make sense.
