main pcb faulty or the dryer pcb behind the main pcb faulty.Only thing I can say to you is disconnect all 4 wires from the dryer element (mark them so you know what goes where).now see if it will start up and work as a washer!.Last one I did that worked when wires where disconnected turned out to be the main control pcb BUT its not 100% proof just a personal issue I had with one!!!
