Mend Optima Press Normal Time

when i press the buttons on my optima there is no sound and it wont set?

I went to set my alarm as normal but this time it wont set and there is no button sound when I press them. I have tried to reset to factory settings by disconnecting the mains and the battery but this has not worked; any ideas?
