Mend Ethan Allen Spring Part Broken

I have an Ethan and allen rocker the spring part is broken?

The overstuffed swevel rocker has 4 springs and a 5 spoke base attached to the bottom of the chair with 4 screws. I need to find that spring mechanism to repair this chair
