is my black and decker charger faulty?

DO you have a circuit tester,If so then check that it is charging by placing the tester to the + red lead and - black lead on appropriate terminals,don't worry to much if they are the wrong way around as it will show - volts if all is ok then the drill is at fault.A simple way if you haven't got a tester is wire a bulb to the connections, can give more help but more to do i will try to help more later if possible.
