A simple answer is no I'm afraid, the programming of a Scantronic 9100 is quite easy, if a little complicated, for an alarm engineer, we would be here for weeks.
Have a good search on the net, I'm sure you can come up with the manual, Scantronic 9100 or a Modern Alarms Series 3000 ( a re-badged 9100 ).
Please note that the first thing you will have to do is to default the panel back to factory settings.
In this case it means removing & refitting an NVM chip, easily damaged or refitted incorrectly, then the programming fun starts.
I suggest you try to find 'an old timer' alarm engineer who would be willing to do this for you, most will not want to touch it, too old, out of date, obsolete etc etc. - don't forget they could always sell you a new system, not that they would try, would they :-)
That all may be true, but the 9100 is pretty much a bullet proof panel, if your needs are simple I'd try to keep it if possible, I would, even got one in my parents house, must be 20yrs old, always works, never been a problem
