Mend Njoy Balance Board Not Correct

Njoy Balance Board is not detecting the correct weight?

My Njoy Balance Board is not detecting the correct weight, its around 12lb out. My batteries are full and I've tried it on my wood floor and carpet, and its wrong on both. When I bought it a week ago it was fine on the wood floor but obviously not on the carpet as it is quite thick. I don't know what else to try, and I cant find a number or website to go direct to Njoy. Please help! Thanks!
