Mend Polti VTT 1500 Turn Red Light

Where can I get Polti VTT 1500 spare parts?

My Polti VTT 1500 won't turn on - red and orange buttons don't light up. Changed fuse but slight bump and spark at machine when I turned it on and fuse blew again. Suspect element has gone, does this sound like it? If so can I get a replacement if needed? And where from? I live in the West Midlands area. Note: An electrician will be repairing it.
