Hitachi tv won't turn on flashes red and blue light?

Hitachi won’t come on . Just blue flashing light. Is it worth repairing. Or buy new one £300.

I see you mean the power light is flashing red / blue, rather than the screen is flashing red / blue. Thank you for that much.
