Cooker not coming zanussi zbf860w?

My Old cooker - Zanussi zbf860w, is not coming on. There is power going to the cooker, this has been checked by a electrician. The red switch for the cooker and fuse switch is also has power going to it. But the cooker will not come on, timer will not come on and the ignition switch for the knobs does not work. Nor does the controls for the oven or grill is working. Gas comes through, when I turn the knob for the stove and I can light manually. Please can you advice, anything will be greatly appreciated.
