Vehicle was left stationary for a long time?

My vehicle was left stationary for a long time with the alarm activated, causing the battery to die. When I changed the battery the alarm started ringing without being able to turn it off so I Pressed the small button that comes with the red light that shows the alarm is working. It stopped ringing but I can't get it to turn on again. What can I do . ALARM IS combra 3190
