Mend LG Help System Stopped

how do i fix my lg dvd player?

HELP i have a LG dvd home cinema system and it has stopped playing dvds it just keeps coming up disc unknown
and ejects the disc
i have tried cleaning the head and reset the player back to the factories setting but i stil can not get it to play any discs
