Mend Randall 102 Timer Stopped Working

Randall 102 timer, my heating did not come on this morning please help?

My heating has suddenly stopped working. I have a back boiler system that has a Randall 102 timer on it. I replaced the fuse in the plug for the pump but every time I turn the timer round to on the fuse blows. Is it the timer or the pump please as I do not want to purchase a new timer if it is not that.
