Mend Fuse Box Problem

steam iron blows fuse box?

My problem is the steam is not very powerful and then blows the fuse box, is this the cartridge

If it blows the fuse box it has an electrical fault that may well be dangerous - it's difficult to repair / have repaired modern irons - give up and buy a new one is probably best.
