Mend Sony KD-28DL11U Screen Connected Tv

AV1 and AV2 on screen?

On both DVD player and VHS player connected to my Sony TV model KD-28DL11U I get AV1 on VHS picture and AV2 on DVD picture. Until yesterday I did not have this problem. I have checked scart plugs are fully pushed in and disconnected set over night with no success. I have gone through the sequence on the Input Select/Text Hold button also without being able to lose the sign. Help me please.

i would pick a spare channel on the tv, play the vcr/dvd as normal, have a flim that you know running" go to the spare channell on the tv, do a manual search, for that film" when you find it, (save )that channell for viewing your dvd. vcr.
