how can i fix my techwood wide screen rc5010-11 abs (this ref no taken from?

i have a freeview box connected to my tv i tuned it to accommodate HD and it was fine. I messed about with the techwood remote and now can only see mostly green screen but with hd details at top of screen. Can you help please?
