How to fix Zanussi ZWD 1271W stopping at beginning of any program?

My Zanussi ZWD 1271W when on any wash program will fill with a bit of water as normal, spin one way then the other as normal the puts more water as normal but then stops, the timer goes back to the total wash time and the Start/Pause button light flashes and does no more. When trying to drain down the drum by moving to drain mode with the Skip button the machine stops again a minute before end of draining. Rapid reading of error codes shows E36. During running diagnostic mode after a few minutes an error code E35 is indicated.
The same problem occurred previously a year ago. At that time engineers sent by an insurance company exchanged progressively a pressure switch and a control panel. They gave up after a few visits when kicking the machine failed as well. Although the last engineer tried to push randomly various buttons at the control panel and after this the problem disappeared up to now. Both problems current and a year ago started soon after cleaning the drain trap. Could you please advise the possible solution to this problem? Would resetting the control panel help and how to perform this?
